These terms govern use of fluxology.ca and company-operated web tools. Released applications may include additional product-specific terms where appropriate.
1. Company and scope
This website is operated by Fluxology, Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation registered to operate in Ontario. These terms apply to fluxology.ca and company-operated web tools unless a product or service presents separate terms that expressly replace or supplement them.
2. Informational and pre-release material
Portions of this website describe future operating plans, products in development, research tools, projected timelines and other pre-release material. Such content describes current plans and may change. A planned feature, launch date, operating line or product description is not a promise that a particular product or service will be released on a particular date.
3. Third-party information
Fluxology tools may organize or display information derived from third-party listings, retailers, property advertisements or other external sources. Third-party information can change without notice. Users should verify price, availability, shipping, fees, specifications, rights, terms and other material facts with the original source before making a purchase, lease or other decision.
References or links to third parties do not imply ownership, endorsement or control of those third parties by Fluxology. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the public website and public-facing Fluxology tools for their intended informational and product functions. You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public systems, submit malicious code, or use automated traffic in a manner that materially disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual property
Fluxology names, logos, original site design, software, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to Fluxology, Inc. except where third-party rights are identified. These terms do not transfer any ownership interest in Fluxology intellectual property.
6. Availability and changes
Fluxology may modify, suspend or discontinue website features or pre-release software as development and operations require. Reasonable efforts are made to keep published contact and support information current, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The public website, pre-release tools and informational material are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Fluxology does not warrant that third-party listing information is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on the website replaces professional advice where a decision requires legal, tax, engineering, financial or other regulated professional judgment.
8. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to the Fluxology Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the site is handled.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or varied by agreement.
